I.C. (Interpret Computer) Lightan is the Lightan Corps' information and communications officer in Gold Lightan the Golden Warrior. Though he is a weak combatant, he can analyze any kind of data and translate from many alien languages (including dolphins). After the Lightan Corps form an alliance with the entire Bratty Brigade by the midway point of the series, he becomes Big's partner.
